Order processing
We will do our maximum to prepare your order within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive an email when the order has been placed as well as one when your order is ready.
Shipping
We use Canada Post parcel services. We use two types of services:
- Regular Parcel: Up to 3 days for local delivery, up to 6 days for regional delivery and up to 10 days for national delivery
- Xpresspost: Next-day and 2-day delivery
At checkout we use Canada Post shipping API to provide a better estimate of the delivery time. This time includes the days needed to prepare your order before shipment.
You will be provided with a tracking order by email.
We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
